In addition to ongoing discussions and round-the-clock support, this mentorship includes:
Preliminary 90-minute planning session with you to discuss your goals
60-minute session with your Board and/or team to gather their feedback
90-minute social media content strategy session
90-minute fundraising strategy session
90-minute donor prospecting session (we will write your "ask" letter in this session)
60-minute session with your Board and/or team to present strategies and answer questions
I will spend time learning about your mission and preparing strategies BEFORE our meetings so we can have thoughtful, effective discussions about your organization and how we can maximize your impact.
